Andrea Jacques
Andrea is a dynamic speaker and coach with a gift for helping individuals and entrepreneurs to thrive. Her 25+ years of experience bring a seasoned perspective to growing your career or business from good to legendary. Andrea lives to unlock the passion, performance, and potential of self-proclaimed purpose-driven leaders regardless of what official role they hold. Her unique approach to creating Life-Work Integrity® for her clients provides them with the foundations they need to transform their lives, businesses and workplaces and become catalysts for creating a better world.
Andrea began her career in work and workplace transformation with academic, government, and health care institutions in Canada, but honed her innovative “east-meets-west” approach (which forms the core of Kyosei’s coaching offerings) while working in Japan with major corporations like Chase Manhattan, Disney, Fuji, NEC, and the Center for International Communication and Management. She enjoys working with a variety of multinational corporations, government and academic institutions, non-profits, entrepreneurs and individuals as it allows her to cross-pollinate best practices and design innovative systems and programs that build strong foundations for sustainable success for people in all walks of life.
Boyan Blocka
Boyan earned geek cred early on, starting a computer training and support business while in University. Selling on graduation, he learned design and development and bootstrapped a web business building ‘from scratch’ CMSes and websites for small and medium-sized companies (in the years before fanciness such as PHP or WordPress).
Coming to Vancouver for a film scholarship and a Television Producer position in 2001, he pivoted into Advertising, quickly established himself as a top tier technology, copy and speech writer for agencies and clients like Alteryx, Cossette, DataSift, Google, Nokia, and SAP/BusinessObjects.
Merging his marketing and web development business with Kyosei in 2003, Boyan today leads our company in the dual roles of CEO and Creative Director for our creative agency unit, Kyosei Creative.
As Kyosei Coaching’s lead solutions expert, Boyan combines a quirky range of expertise with technological problem solving, marketing savvy, an obsessive love of research, and superior project management skills to help your business get from A to Z — with letters to spare.
When not fixating on operations, innovation, marketing, or designing business systems and products, he enjoys time with his family, cooking, self-improvement and writing.
